World Leaders of the 1960s and 1970s. Signatures. Lot of four signed Time Magazine portrait covers from four world leaders who consolidated their power in the 1960s and early 1970s. Ferdinand Marcos, Salvador Allende, Harold Wilson and Georges Pompidou influenced their countries before and after the 60s and 70s, but those are the decades we associate with them. The Pompidou cover is accompanied by a calling card and the Wilson letter is accompanied by a letter from a vice consul at the New York British Consulate. The Pompidou, Wilson and Allende covers still have the original mailing labels affixed but the overall condition of the covers is very good.
