Foreign Mechanical Postcards. Lot of six mechanical postcards from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Two postcards feature mechanical clocks, two are Christmas-themed cards and two are from Nürnberg. All of the cards are unused. Minor foxing and toning, edge wear and minor soil. Overall, good to very good condition.
Beautiful cards with the craftsmanship and stylistic details characteristic of the period. We particularly note the attention a card from Nürnberg pays to the manufacture of bratwurst.
