1808/7 C-2 R3 Overdate 8 over 7 F15. Five points sharper but there are a few too many small nicks for the sharpness grade. None of the marks is at all significant and the eye appeal remains quite nice. No roughness or verdigris. The best identifying mark is a minor planchet clip that leaves a flat spot on the rim off the bust tip, as struck. EDS, Manley state 1.0, before any visible die cracks. The date is strong and the overdate is clear. A decent example of this popular "Redbook" variety.
