Lot 111

1807 C-1 R1 PCGS graded AU55, CAC Approved. Frosty steel brown and chocolate blending to darker olive brown in protected areas on both sides. Underlying flowline luster covers the fields and protected areas. This piece shows very little if any wear, just a touch of friction on the highest points of the devices. M-LDS, Manley state 3.0 early. The die crack that meanders across the top of the 7 is clear and most of the dentils are gone. Struck with the reverse rotated 45 degrees CCW from the usual head-to-foot die orientation. Our grade is consistent with the slab grade.
Estimated Value $1,000-UP.

Realized $1,410
