D N ARCADI-VS P F AVG, diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Arcadius facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and shield with horseman spearing enemy. Reverse: NOVA SPES REIPVBLICAE, Victory seated right on cuirass, shield below, inscribing XX / XXX in two lines on shield; in left field, star; CONOB. RIC 29; Depeyrot 57/1. Lovely example. NGC grade AU; Strike: 5/5, Surface: 4/5.
