[Lincoln, Abraham] Vintage Toys. Collection of children toys: 1) Abraham Lincoln Marionette, wood segmented body, 18" tall, 3" hand-painted paper mache head, black satin clothing, leather shoes. Face exhibits a remarkable likeness to Lincoln. Fabric loss to clothing. Coat jacket missing sleeves, but velvet cuffs remain. Puppet body and head totally intact. Hanging wire has been attached to the head. 2) Abraham & Mary Lincoln Portrait Dolls (Kimport), Mr. Lincoln 11" tall and Mary 9" tall, ceramic faces and hands, metal Kimport stands. Lincoln's head and clothing appear to be a more contemporary issue. Mrs. Lincoln's face, hands and arms are cracked and chipped. Her dress shows some wear. 3) 9 Dug Clay Marbles, found during an Atlanta dig of a marble factory destroyed during the Civil War, approximately ¾" each, multi colored. Includes a rare "Star Shooter".
