Except for a few, all are used with mixture of pen cancels, handstamps, cut cancels and perfed initials. Many better including R619 (perf initials), R669 (mint, original gum, hinged), R685 (handstamp cancel), R687 (cut cancel), R692 (handstamp cancel), R703 (perfed initials), cut cancels on R713, R714 & R723 and more.
