Dinosaur Raptor Claw. This complete museum quality 2 inch long Dinosaur raptor claw is 80 million years old from Morocco and belongs to a theropod group known as the Dromaeosaurs. There were several species of Dromaeosaurs found in the Kem Kem area of Morocco at this time including Dromaeosaurus and Velociraptor made famous in the Jurassic Park movies. What all of them had in common were that they were feathered, carnivorous, and had sharp curved killing claws. This exquisite two inch long foot claw is a lovely light tan color with excellent micro bone detail of the porous bone structure that allowed blood flow into the claws. This claw would have been even larger and sharper when the dinosaur was alive covered in keratin the same substance as our finger nails. Presented in a 6 x 5 inch Riker mount.
