Having a Waltham 17 jewel manual movement #24157181, stem wind and set, Elgin 14K Giant case #433735, cushion shaped, it opens from the front with a swing out case, enhanced by engraved outer edges, case measuring 43 mm in diameter, silver metal dial, black Arabic numeral markers, subsidiary seconds hand dial, both having black hands. Note: movement needs service, back case engraved with block initials.
