1818. Overton-108, Rarity 1. NGC graded AU-55. Lightly toned. Pleasing light gray patina with some variegated darker areas around the stars as well as along the outer margin on the reverse. The eagle's feathers and shield are nicely detailed. Choice and attractive appearing. Much above average when it comes to aesthetic appeal. Indeed, the vast preponderance of coins in this Bust Half Dollar consignment are downright gorgeous for their originality and generally uncleaned, damage-free state of preservation.
