Lot 425

1820 Braided Hair Cent. Large date. . N-13. PCGS graded MS-65 Brown and Del Bland graded MS-61. Gorgeous, lustrous light chocolate brown surfaces with a tinge of faded mint red on the reverse. Perfect in every respect except for a small light scratch opposite the neck. A beautiful example of the variety found in the Randall hoard, however, this particular cent probably was not in the actual hoard.
An outstanding cent that will certainly attract considerable bidding for is near-perfect surfaces, color and quality. Don't let this one slip away.
Estimated Value $600 - 900.
Ex: Ira S. Reed 6/6/44 at $3.75.

Realized $1,093
