1879 Liberty Seated Dime. MS-64. The date shows minor repunching. This is a scarce coin, mintages plummeted as all the mints focused attention on churning out millions and millions of silver dollars. Dime production slipped to just 14,700 units in 1879, and the branch mints didn't produce any. Here is one of the nicer to survive.
