1909 Lincoln Cent. VDB. MS-65 Red and Brown. This coin is the first from a set purchased in 1944 from Ira S. Reed, the entire set (1909 to 1944) cost $90 at the time. We note the usual yellow luster with rose at the periphery. Sharply impressed by the dies.
