Lot 401

1850 N-12 R1 MS60+. Glossy light olive and steel brown with traces of faded mint color remaining on the obverse and about 10% of the reverse showing mint red. Hints of light bluish steel overtone can be found in the fields. No spots or stains, and the only notable marks are a couple tiny planchet chips in the field off the chin (as struck). LDS, die state b. The fields on both sides are hard and reflective thanks to a fresh die polishing. A very attractive cent for the grade. Estimated Value $300-UP

Unsold
