1787 Massachusetts Half Cent Ryder 4-C Rarity-2 VF25. Attractive glossy medium chocolate brown. Smooth and quite nice for the grade. The notable marks are a tiny planchet void at the rim under the Indian and a dull scratch in the field under the eagle's beak. LDS. The die flaw at the Indian's right foot is strong. Listed on page 59 in the "Redbook." Weight 85.5 grains.
