1854 N-8 R1 PCGS graded MS64 Brown. Lustrous bluish steel brown and light chocolate with faded mint red covering 20% of the planchet, mostly on the reverse. Sharply struck and very attractive for the grade. Close to MS63. The best identifying mark is a tiny struck-through line right of star 3. EDS, die state a. Our grade is MS62+. The attribution and Carvin Goodridge provenance are shown on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; the finest graded in BN at PCGS.
