1814 S-294 R1 Turban Head, Crosslet 4. PCGS graded AU-58. CAC Approved. Frosty chocolate brown with slightly lighter steel brown toning in the protected areas. Very attractive showing little if any friction on the highpoints. A tiny nick on a dentil over the right top of the N in UNITED is the only notable mark. Called AU55 Average Plus and tied for CC#11 in the Noyes census, photo #38432. Our grade is AU55 as well. The attribution and Paul Gerrie provenance are shown on the PCGS label.
