Lot 1459

1886-O. PCGS graded MS-63. Well struck and untoned. The satin surfaces ripple with original luster. A very choice specimen, the coin is silvery. The only contact mark of note appears on the left side of the reverse below TE in UNITED. Far from the normal example of this issue (which tends to be slightly circulated) is the respectable amount of detail throughout with only minimal signs of weakness to the hair above the ear (PCGS # 7168) .
Estimated Value $2,200 - 2,300.

Realized $2,588
