Approach And Landing Test, 1977, Round Wall Plaques (14.5") Lot of three different round wooden plaques including two ALT plaques and one Russian MIR plaque. The ALT plaques have wooden backs of differeing thicknesses while the MIR plaque appears to be a composite material. These plaques were, or are similar to, those that hung in Mission Control during the time the programs were operational. Given that the consignor was also there and involved in the Programs, the odds are that these may well have been the ones that hung (unfortunately he is no longer with us to ask). There are no hooks or markings on the reverse though. Minor facial rubs. A great addition to any collection.
