1838. Small stars. NGC Unc Details, reverse improperly cleaned. Needle sharp and quite a nice looking coin. First year of issue with obverse stars; desirable as such. The No Drapery design is featured on Seated Dimes of 1838 and 1839, and part of the issue for 1840 as well, before the drapery was added at the elbow.
