1889. NGC graded MS-67. A well struck frosty untoned superb gem specimen. Only 28,950 struck. An immaculate, spinning-bright Superb Gem, the surfaces spread light with vivid golden frosted originality over both sides. Enough for the luster. In the end, it is this coin's detail that grabs a person's attention: devices foursquare and bold throughout. Pop 211; 17 finer (PCGS # 7590) .
