In addition to being a condition rarity, '19-P Halves are also a strike rarity with the few fully struck, Gem coins being difficult to prize loose from their owners. The striking details on this handsome Gem are unconditionally bold for an early Walker, with pinpoint accuracy on the skirt lines, hand area, and head on the obverse. For its part, all of the eagle's feathers are boldly defined, while the surfaces exhibit satiny, well frosted originality throughout. Pop 18; 5 in 67 (PCGS # 6577) .
