1889. PCGS graded MS-66. A well struck brilliant white satiny gem specimen. Brilliant throughout with fine-grain, matte-like surfaces typical of the 1880s business strikes, there are no impediments on either side that are worthy of mention. The pressure transmitted from the die to the blank reveals itself in sharp devices including stars. Only 12,000 struck. Pop 38; 27 finer (PCGS # 5522) .
