Apollo 16, 1972, FLOWN Gold Foil, Ablative Plug Material and Heat Shield Fragments (each .25x.3") mounted in a multicolor lucite desk display (4x3x1.5") that reads, in part: "Attached to this display are actual flown fragments of Kapton Foil, Ablative Plug material and Heatshield that were all part of the Apollo 14 Command Module - Casper". Consignor's photocopy COA included. Attractive and scarce.
