1855. PCGS graded AU-58. Lovely golden toning. Lustrous frosty golden surfaces with rich highlights and the bare minimum of marks or hairlines. Nearly full details on the devices as well (1855 tends to be sharply made, unlike some issues in the 1850-66 period). A truly top-end specimen for AU58, of a fashionable Type One issue from our formative years as a fast growing country, the age of steam and riverboat travel.
