1928-S. PCGS graded MS-64+. A frosty white coin whose luster ripples and skips around the surface as one tips the coin back and forth beneath an examining light. As is plain to see, our experienced consignor chose a hand-picked specimen to represent this date and mint (PCGS # 7374) .
