1817 N-17 R4 F12. Reverse Brockage. Glossy chocolate brown. The only notable marks are a small rim bruise at ES and a dull rim nick at F-A. MDS with die cracks causing the right top of the first T in STATES to be shifted up. The incuse brockage impression is perfectly aligned (not rotated) with the normal reverse. DWH #2286.
