1865 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 64 Cameo. CAC Approved. A nice white Proof. Only 500 struck. A nice blizzard white tint radiates from this lustrous Seated Quarter. Of course, collectors seeing the photos understand this coin is nicely struck for the date, best of all entirely so, with full frosted devices present.
