Presley, Elvis. "The King." Authentic 1/3 inch strand of Presley's hair in an ornate, double locket. It was originally acquired by famous late night talk show host Joe Franklin. Elvis apparently saved some of the hair from his famous first GI haircut and presented this to Franklin as a memento for his collection. Includes a description of provenance and biographical information, plus a newspaper article on this event. This remarkable relic is protected by a firm crystal clear polyglass holder that can double as a frame. 11 x 14".
