1913-D Buffalo Nickel. Type 2. PCGS graded MS-66. A satiny gem. A really, really satiny gem. Supple underlying luster is enveloped in lovely nickel blue to russet-gold toning iridescence. This pleasing MS66 example of the Type 2 first year date is completely struck, in fact, bold throughout. The detail in the head, horn, and shoulder area of the reverse bison that designer Fraser's is among the finest recorded. Pop 49; 10 finer (PCGS # 3922) .
