1814 S-295 R1 Plain 4. VF-20. Turban Head. Glossy chocolate brown, the devices a shade or two lighter than the protected areas. Frosty flowline luster covers the protected areas, especially on the reverse. No roughness or verdigris. The only mark is a light rim bruise at star 6. M-LDS, Breen state IX, with an arcing die crack through the date and lowest curl plus obvious crumbling on the front edge of the neck.
