1796 S-109 R3. VG-8 Plus. Draped Bust. Close to VG10 but there are too many microscopic contact marks on the reverse for the higher grade. The only notable mark is a faint scratch across the right top of the wreath to AM. Glossy steel and chocolate brown, the obverse displaying more gloss than the reverse. E-MDS, Breen state II. The bottom of the date is starting to flow into the rim below but the rest is strong and the legends are complete.
