Lot 1508

1928 Peace Dollar. PCGS graded MS-64. A nice white coin. Lowest mintage among Peace dollars: 360,649. This is an exceptional and attractive '28-P Dollar with a soft satin-like finish that is not at all uncommon for the date. The veil of satin glows. Both sides are untoned with extensive luster over the nearly bagmark-free devices. We do note a minor scuff at the last A in AMERICA, possibly keeping this piece from slipping into the next higher grade. Other than this, both the striking quality and the surface condition draw praise (PCGS # 7373) .
Estimated Value $800 - 850.

Realized $978
