Supreme Court Justices - 19th Century. Four business-size cards signed: (1) "Yrs. very truly / Melville W. Fuller"; card is engraved "The Chief Justice" on verso. Fuller ((1833-1910) was on the court from 1888-1910. (2) "Jos: P. Bradley / Just. Sup. Ct. U.S." on card printed with his name; Bradley (1813-92) served 1870-92. (3) Nathan Clifford ((1803-81) signed his name only on a plain card; he served 1851-81. (4) "Stephen J. Field / Justice of U.S. Supreme Court"; his card is printed with his title on the verso; Field ((1816-99) served 1863-97. Earlier pasting remnants on verso of two cards. Overall very good.
