Byzantine Empire. Justinian I, 527-565. decanummium or 10 nummi (6.18g), Constantinople, 541/2 (regnal year 15). Diad. bust r. Rev. Large I between ANNO and XU. Cf. DOC 76-85 (this date not recorded); MIB 99 (citing two unpublished specimens); Sear 167 var. (this date not recorded). Good Very Fine with dark green patina and struck on a full flan, a rare regnal date.
