1796 S-88 R4 Liberty Cap. Fine-12. Glossy steel brown and chocolate with smooth, nearly mark-free surfaces. The only notable defect is a light rim bruise over the I in LIBERTY. LDS, Breen state II. The die crack from the rim to the right top of the 7 and up to the shoulder loop is clear. Called VG10 and tied for CC#17 in the Noyes census, his photo #25592. DWH #3041.
