1808 C-3 R1. EF-40. Rotated Reverse. Frosty chocolate brown with fine flowline luster covering the protected areas on the reverse. The obverse fields are smooth and satiny. No roughness, only a few trivial contact marks, including a pair of tiny, very light but fresh ones under the D in UNITED. Nicely struck E-MDS, Manley state 2.0, with the reverse rotated 165 degrees CW. Great eye appeal.
