1831 N-4 R3. Fine-15 Plus. Sharpness VF20 with a few too many light nicks on the obverse for the higher grade, mostly on the neck and jawline. Attractive glossy light chocolate and medium brown. Nice eye appeal for the grade, close to VF20. MDS.
