1803 C-1 R1. VF-35. Frosty light to medium brown with darker steel brown toning on the devices. Flowline luster shows in protected areas on the reverse. A half dozen small spots of darker chocolate toning left of the lowest curl and a barely visible rim bruise at IB in LIBERTY are the best identifying marks, and they are insignificant. LDS, Manley state 3.0.
