1800/798 S-191 R3 Overdate 1800 over 798. VF-20. Style I Hair. Sharpness near EF40 but the field before the portrait was carefully smoothed to minimize a few areas of minor roughness, including two near the Y in LIBERTY, one on the bust tip, and another at the dentils right of the bust. The roughness at the dentils off the bust tip remains visible in spite of the smoothing, but the other three are mostly gone. Nicely retoned glossy dark chocolate and steel. M-LDS, Breen state VI. The undertype 798 is clear.
