1796 S-97 R3 Draped Bust. VF-20. Sharpness EF40 with extremely faint granularity covering the obverse and slightly stronger granularity covering the reverse. In addition, there is some stronger planchet erosion at the T in LIBERTY and at the dentils over NIT. No verdigris or contact marks. The eye appeal is decent in spite of the imperfect surfaces, especially on the obverse where the roughness is so fine it makes the surfaces satiny under a slightly glossy under the light olive brown patina.
