1922 Grant Gold Dollar, with star. PCGS graded MS-66. Nice golden toning, a delightful Gem BU specimen of this distinctive Commemorative. When the question arises Who is buried in Grant's tomb, the proper answer is Grant -- and his wife Julia Dent Grant. This piece, however, commemorates the Civil War General and ex President's birthplace. Grant lived from 1822 to 1885. Only 5,016 minted (PCGS # 7459) .
