1893-CC $20 Liberty. NCS graded About Uncirculated Details, improperly cleaned. Not harshly cleaned and toned quite naturally with good eye appeal for the collector of this series. The relative absence of handling marks establishes it as a coin to select. Low mintage date as only 18,402 were struck. Probably worth resubmitting (PCGS # 9023) .
