Lot 3950

1921 Liberty Standing Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded MS-64 Full Head. The obverse is lightly toned. Satin fields rippling with cartwheel luster are just the ticket, but are unusual to find on this semi-key 1921 strike. The more matte designs stand out nicely against this finish. No weak areas, either, just bold relief on the key high points of the design like the head and inner shield, with full rivets showing. Pop 60; 68 finer, 48 in 65, 19 in 66, 1 in 67 (PCGS # 5741) .
Estimated Value $1,900 - 2,000.

Realized $2,990
