Tripartite shield of arms surmounted by condor with wreath, supporting crossed flags behind. Reverse: Circular wreath with value within; purity below. Excellent and nearly a full strike. The fields fairly clean, and showing fine shimmering cartwheel luster. Light, slightly warm toning. NGC graded MS-63.
