Celtic Coinage. Middle Danube. Uncertain Tribe, 2nd century BC. AR Tetradrachm (13.75 g). Philip II, "Audoleon Monogram Type." Celticized laureate head of Zeus right. Reverse: Stylized horseman riding right, one hand raised; AV monogram below, psuedo-legend around. CCCBM I 126, 127 (same dies); Lanz 723; KMW 1343-1347. Well struck and centered on a generous flan. Lightly toned and lustrous. Impressive! About Extremely Fine.
