1844 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. Sharpness of AU-50 but mounted. Examination of the rims shows this coin was mounted, with dark areas and botched engraving on the rims. Ever-present hairlines in the fields, a bit too bright still and blessed by a sharp strike. One dollop of a spot in the field below the left wing on the eagle.
