1915 Buffalo Nickel. PCGS graded Matte Proof 66 Premium Quality. We cannot find a blemish of any kind, even under 14x magnification, on this truly Superb coin. It's the color of fine champagne--gold with hues of lilac iridescence. We've reviewed many Buffalo Proofs, but not many have approached this coin for sheer beauty and virtual perfection. If any Matte Proof nickel deserves a 67 or 68 number, this essentially perfect coin sure does.
