1900 $10 Liberty. NGC graded Proof 63 Cameo. Light gold toning. A few faint hairlines on the cheek. Top two stars aren't well formed, but all others are razor-sharp, as is the hair, coronet, and beaded cord holding Liberty's hair bun in place. The eagle shows notable detail as well. A boldly original gold-surfaced Proof 63 whose choiceness complements the equally original mint glow. Where contact marks are often left on this year's coinage due to mishandling, the opposite is in fact the case here: devices show smooth originality and great beauty all over.
