1879 Morgan Dollar. NGC graded Proof 64. Older holder. Nice cameo coin. Extremely choice in terms of preservation, both sides are lightly frosted on the devices and for all intents and purposes display mirror-freshness in the surrounding fields. Lovely toning at the rims. A diminished is not even in the cards for such a coin of this year; in contrast, this piece was left very boldly detailed by the recoil of the sharp dies; a fortunate occurrence.
